256 Colors in weechat-curses

I’m sick of googling it everytime so I’m just going to put this here.

1. Setup your term variable because you use screem or tmux and it’s wrong and weechat doesn’t understand because software.

    # Older weechat:
    /shell setenv TERM=screen-256color
    /upgrade
    # Newer weechat
    /set env TERM screen-256color
    /upgrade

2. Set a bunch of colors:

3. (Optional) Install the colorize_nicks.py script:

    /script install colorize_nicks.py

Done! Now just don’t touch anything.
